It is uncertain whether Kibwezi and Ukamba are different localities, and it is even doubtful that they are in Tanzania at all. There is a Tanzanian locality named Kibwesi in Arusha Region, at 3°21'S, 36°44'E and one named Ukamba in Singida Region at 3°56'S, 32°35'E, but there is also a place called Kibwezi in Kenya. “Ukamba” may also refer to “Ukambani”, the area where the waKamba people live.
