Krabbe also included Scaphiostreptus politifrons Attems, 1910, in this genus. In spite of the overall similarity in the gonopods
the telopdite lacks the spiniform process used as a generic character. It seems evident that the characterization of the genus
must be revised when more of its species and related forms are studied in detail.
