Is le of Wight show some differences in the telopods from
those of Ribaut. It is suggested that the British population
on the Isle of Wight is at least a geographic race of T iobata
(Lee, 2006;J-P. Mauries, pers. comm.). Similar specimens
have recendy been reported from Llanelli in South Wales
by Harper (2007) ( not s hown on map ).
